A Hidden Gem on Tybee: Meet The Window (Your New Favorite Brunch Spot)

Updated: Jul 21

These are just temporary phone photos because I couldn't wait to eat and post about this haha!

Tucked just outside of King Neptune’s on Tybee Island is a charming new spot called The Window, and let me tell you... it’s everything we didn’t know we needed.

I stopped by earlier today with my boyfriend, and it instantly made our morning. From the moment we walked up to their quaint little order window, we were met with the kind of warm, friendly service that just feels like Tybee. You know what I mean—laid back, genuine, and so happy you're there.

Let’s Talk About the Food 😍

Y’all. The breakfast biscuit sandwiches? Out of this world. Fluffy, buttery biscuits with just the right amount of crisp on the outside, stacked with savory fillings like sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese—whatever your breakfast-loving heart desires. But don’t stop there! They also serve up mouthwatering burgers and tater tots loaded with cheese, bacon, ranch… all the works. It’s the kind of food that makes you do a little happy dance after the first bite. (I know I was!)

And it doesn’t stop at biscuits. They’ve got a variety of other delicious options, too—whether you’re craving something hearty or light, there’s something for everyone (even if you're just looking to grab a quick bite before hitting the beach).

Here is their menu: The Window Menu

Affordable & Delicious? Yes Please.

What really blew me away is the price. For such high-quality, freshly made food, the prices are incredibly affordable. Even my boyfriend was impressed: “My biscuit sandwich was so big, I had leftovers for lunch! That never happens with a breakfast sandwich.”

The Vibe

It’s called The Window for a reason—you order straight from the walk-up window outside, which gives it this cozy, casual charm. It's perfect for grabbing breakfast on the go, or for a quick sit-down on the nearby benches while soaking in that Tybee Island breeze.

Final Thoughts

Whether you’re a local or just visiting, The Window deserves a spot on your must-try list. It’s affordable, it’s delicious, and the folks behind the counter make you feel right at home. It’s the kind of spot you stumble upon and instantly want to tell all your friends about (hence this blog!).

So next time you’re near King Neptune’s, don’t just walk by—stop at The Window. Your taste buds will thank you. 🍳✨
